Women Empowerment & Contribution of women in their field -Techconfer Technologies
Techconfer is celebrating International Women’s Day. They believe that this day should be celebrated to recognize the contribution and success of women in their field and throughout the world.
The company conducted a survey among its female employees to know their thoughts about the company. Out of all the female respondents, 94% said that they felt safe at work, 92% said that they were satisfied with their work/life balance, 94% said that they have good colleagues, 98% said that they have bonuses for performance and 96% were happy with the recognition they received at work.

They are also advised to tone down their ambitions in order to fit in. But, this is not what women need to do to grow in the corporate sector. The work environment greatly influences work. I enjoy working at TechConfer because it is a place where I can be myself and my skills are appreciated by the management without any biasness. Women need to have self-confidence and be able to speak up for themselves. They also need to know what they want out of life and not settle for less than they deserve.
